POLICIES AT S Hotel Jamaica

Check-in/Check-out Policy
S Hotel Jamaica’s standard check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early arrivals and late departures are based on availability, fees may apply. On arrival at the hotel, everyone is required to leave a copy of their valid picture identification at the front desk for filing. If it’s a child they are asked for their Birth Certificates to be presented and copied. Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government issued identification to reserve and to check-in to a guestroom. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in time and become a registered guest in the room. For registered guests under the age of 21, the hotel will remove all alcoholic beverages from the guestroom prior to the check-in process.

ADA Policy

Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night room and tax.

Occupancy Policy
An extra person charge will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room.

Payment Policy
On arrival at the hotel, S Hotel Jamaica requires a credit card pre-authorization to cover the value of your stay plus $150.00 of incidentals per day (up to a maximum of $600.00). The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. If you wish to settle your account by cash, your identification is required along with full accommodation prepayment, and an incidental deposit of $150.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations should be cancelled seven (7) days hours prior to arrival date for full refund. Special cancellation policies will apply during certain dates and will be noted at the time of booking.

Guarantee Policy
One (1) night room and tax deposit required. If credit card declines, the reservation will be cancelled. Special guarantee policies will apply during certain dates and will be noted at the time of booking. The authorized credit card holder MUST be present upon check-in for any transaction made with that particular credit card to be deemed valid.

Non-Smoking Policy
S Hotel Jamaica is a 100% non-smoking hotel and has a "no smoking" policy in all rooms and public area. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the building. A $500 per stay cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel.

Family Policy
Families with children are welcome. Children 11 and under stay free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. An extra person charge will apply for children 12 and over.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed on property.

Irie Baths & Spa Policy
Spa treatments are available to guests 18 years of age or older. Minors may receive specific treatments with a signed parental or guardian release waiver. For more information contact our Spa Concierge 876.979.000.

Fitness Centre Policy
Our Fitness Centre is complimentary to all hotel guests 18 years of age or older. A parent or guardian must always accompany minors under the age of 16 when visiting the fitness centre or pool. Family changing facilities are available to families with minor guests.

Parking Policy
Overnight self-parking is available at the hotel’s parking lot free of charge.
